Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data that Meridian AI Systems holds about you. This includes information collected through booking forms, email correspondence, or any other means of contact through this website or during an engagement.
What We Can Delete
Upon a verified request, we will delete:
- Your name, email address, and contact details from our records
- Any notes or records from consultation calls stored in our internal systems
- Any communication history we hold on our end
- Business workflow data or operational details shared during an engagement
Scope of Deletion
Data deletion applies to information held by Meridian AI Systems. Data residing inside systems we built that are operated by your own organization is outside our control post-delivery and must be managed directly by your team.
Third-Party Data
Booking data stored by Calendly is subject to Calendly's own deletion process. You may need to submit a separate request directly to Calendly to remove data held on their platform.
How to Request Deletion
Send a request to krrish@meridianaisystem.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the name and email address associated with your data so we can verify and locate your records. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 14 days.
