When you book a call or contact us through this website, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any details you provide in the booking form. During an engagement, we only receive the specific business workflows, operational data, and integration details necessary to build and run the automation in question, nothing sideways, and nothing outside that scope.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to schedule and conduct audit calls, deliver CAIO engagement work, and send relevant updates if you have opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use client data to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Processors

Booking data is collected and stored by Cal.com per their privacy policy. Where automation APIs are used in delivery, only the minimum data necessary to complete the specific task is transmitted, and access is scoped narrowly to that task. We do not share client data beyond what is required to deliver the engagement.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal and project data for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months. After this period, data is deleted unless a different retention period has been agreed in writing or a deletion request was received earlier.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including limiting access to only what a given build requires. We do not store client credentials, passwords, or financial account information in our systems.

6. Cookie Policy

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. Any cookies present are strictly functional, such as remembering a form's state, and are necessary for the site to operate. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
