When you book a call or contact us through this website, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any details you provide in the booking form. During an engagement, we may also receive business workflows, operational data, and integration details necessary to deliver the work.

We use the information you provide solely to schedule and conduct audit calls, deliver CAIO engagement work, and send relevant updates if you have opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Processors

Booking data is collected and stored by Calendly per their privacy policy. Where automation APIs are used in delivery, only the data necessary to complete the specific task is transmitted. We do not share client data beyond what is required to deliver the engagement.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal and project data for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months. After this period, data is deleted unless a different retention period has been agreed in writing or a deletion request was received earlier.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. We do not store client credentials, passwords, or financial account information in our systems.

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Any cookies present are strictly functional and necessary for the site to operate.
